Meadow Mill Athletic Club (MMAC) is a premier, state-of-the art, 40,000 square foot, full fitness athletic club housing fourteen singles (International) and two (American) doubles squash courts. It is the largest commercial squash facility in the United States. We have hosted every United States Squash Racquets Association USSRA) national tournament since opening in 1992. We offer a full group fitness schedule for adults, classes for senior citizens and numerous programs for our infant, toddler and junior members. Our Kids' Room - voted the BEST in Baltimore - has morning and evening hours to give mom and dad a couple of hours to train, take a squash lesson, lift weights, run, take a class or just plain relax in our saunas or hot tubs while their children are cared for by our conscientious kids' room staff.

Studio Barre
Studio Barre is a creative, challenging and dynamic exercise method designed to rapidly transform your body. SET fuses Lotte Berk exercises, Yoga, and Pilates to create the most intense and effective 55-minute workout there is.
The class begins with a warm-up and light weight-work in the center of the floor to firm arms and the upper body. Class then moves to the ballet barre to strengthen your core and tone your seat and thighs. Studio Barre finishes with abdominal work - under the barre and in the center of the room. Each strengthening section of the class is followed by yoga poses and orthopedic stretches to increase range of motion, while creating strong, long, lean muscle without added bulk. The goal of SET is to quickly transform the body into one of balance, strength and flexibility… simply the most effective workout system in the city.
