Cardio Theater - Let our state of the art cardio theater system take your mind off the time your spend on the bike, treadmill or ellipitical machine. This system allows you to choose from a wide variety of entertainment as you burn those calories.
Personal trainers - Having one of our Personal Trainers set you up on a personalized exercise program is no charge and included in your membership. We will show you how to use the equipment and help you update your program when needed. If you would like more advanced personal training to help meet specific goals, packages are available.
